Do I get the same set back?

How do I know they will be clean enough? Especially with Covid-19?

A

Our commercial laundry partners are experts in their field. So not only is our cleaning method (Ozone washing) sustainable and kind on our planet, but it's significantly more vigorous than your home washing machine. This not only keeps the whites white, it also is a highly successful disinfectant. Studies have already proven it will destroy COVID-19. So you and the planet are in safe hands.

What is this Ozone Washing?

A

Ozone is an unstable molecule. The colder your water is, the more stable ozone becomes, and the longer it lasts. Which means, instead of using hot water, alkali, detergents, acids and bleach (all really bad for the environment and fabric), Ozone technology uses cold water (less electricity) combined with the right amount of Ozone (a natural gas) – acting as a safe, natural detergent and disinfectant.

Can I use my own bedding and just use the laundering service?

As we are aiming to make sleep more sustainable, that is not an option. We want to help the world reduce waste, so we only offer our bedding to make sure the product has an end cycle that doesn't go to landfill.

Can I just buy the sheets without the laundering service?

A

Sorry, no - you can’t buy our bedding. We are aiming to help households reduce washing waste (use of detergents, chemicals and electricity and dirty by water going back into our earth). Creating a more sustainable end cycle to the bedding.

Can I get a spare set in case of emergencies?

What sizes do you offer?

I like a top sheet, is this an option?

Currently not! But if there is enough interest, we will consider adding it to the line. So please email us at: hello@olysheet.com.

Does it cost me to cancel?

A

Nope. Cancel anytime. The service will cancel before your next payment. As long as the bedding is returned in one piece, at the arranged time, there is no charge. If the bedding is not returned then you will be charged. Please see our terms and conditions for the cost.

What happens if I miss my exchange?

A

Boo! We will need to charge you a missed exchange fee of £5 the first time and £10 every-time thereafter. We are happy to re-arrange your exchange if you can let us know 48 hours in advance. Just email hello@olysheet.com and let us know.

I need to put my subscription on hold, as I was lucky enough to book a holiday away. How can I do this?

Please email us at hello@olysheet.com and we can arrange this for you. In a few week's time, you’ll have the option to skip or arrange an alternative pickup date within your account, easily amenable at the touch of a button.

I think I really stained the sheet, I don't think you will be able to get it out. Will I be charged for this?

A

Accidents happen. We are pretty good at getting out the odd mark. Of course, we also don't want to be wasting the product from misuse. If you decided to get a tattoo and didn't keep it wrapped, used the bedding for cleaning up motor oil on your motorbike, or you got a bit carried away with DIY and cleaned up some spilt paint, you are right, we can't get that out and will need to charge you for each item stained. And periods, we get it, sometimes there are spills, but there is a difference between accidents and complete disregard for the product, so please try to take care (with the latter, to be safe, give it a wash in cold water as soon as you spot it).

It's ok, if I think I've stained it, I'll just wash it, just incase, OK?

We really appreciate you caring for the product! Yes, give it a wash in cold water, let it dry naturally and we'll take care of the rest when we collect it.
