Our commercial laundry partners are experts in their field. So not only is our cleaning method (Ozone washing) sustainable and kind on our planet, but it's significantly more vigorous than your home washing machine. This not only keeps the whites white, it also is a highly successful disinfectant. Studies have already proven it will destroy COVID-19. So you and the planet are in safe hands.

Ozone is an unstable molecule. The colder your water is, the more stable ozone becomes, and the longer it lasts. This means we are able to reduce the use of hot water, alkali, detergents, acids and bleach (all really bad for the environment and fabric), Ozone technology uses cold water (less electricity) combined with the right amount of Ozone (a natural gas) – acting as a safe, natural detergent and disinfectant.

As we are aiming to make sleep more sustainable, that is not an option. We want to help the world reduce waste, so we only offer our bedding to make sure the product has an end cycle that doesn't go to landfill.

Nope. Cancel anytime before your payment comes out (24 hours before exchange). As long as the bedding is returned in one piece, at the arranged time, there is no charge. If the bedding is not returned then you will be charged. Please see our House Rules and Terms and Conditions.

Boo! To avoid a change, you can Skip your exchange altogether. Or arrange a one-off Custom Exchange in your Account for an additional fee.

Your account section enables you (1) SKIP (which takes you to the calendar to do so), (2) PAUSE, which will allow you to pause the subscription indefinitely (but the last order will be collected). You can skip up to one (1) consecutive exchange. If you are going away for longer, we suggest pausing your account and we can collect the last set from you before you head off. You can resume at anytime.

Accidents happen. We are pretty good at getting out the odd mark, the sooner we get to it the better. This is why you can arrange an Emergency Exchange in the 'ORDER' page of your account. Of course, we also don't want to be wasting the product from misuse. If you decided to get a tattoo and didn't keep it wrapped, used the bedding for cleaning up motor oil on your motorbike, or you got a bit carried away with DIY and cleaned up some spilled paint, you are right, it's likely we can't get that out and will need to charge you for each item stained. And periods, we get it, sometimes there are spills, but there is a difference between accidents and complete disregard for the product, so please try to take care. Either way, just to be safe, book in an Emergency Exchange!

We really appreciate you caring for the product! We prefer you book in an Emergency Exchange. Marks that don't come out the first time are less likely to the second time around due to different methods of cleaning and drying.
